CDF or data export contains no data, or has an "error" status

When you retrieve the Comprehensive Data File or another data export, the file generates with missing data, no data, or the status is listed as "Error".
This issue can occur if you submit more than one data export in an hour. 

In most cases, when you attempt to submit a second data export, the newest request will overwrite the first request. In some situations, this does not happen, and two separate orders are submitted, causing this issue to occur.
To resolve this issue, wait an hour and reorder the report.

Data exports are generated every hour. Once the initial order that caused the issue has been cleared out, you can successfully reorder the data export.
