How to terminate a suspended test

To terminate a suspended test:

1. Follow the steps to resume a suspended test here: How to resume a suspended test.
2. When the student shows a status of Testing in the proctor console, select the student and choose Terminate from the Select Action menu.
3. A confirmation box will appear, select OK to confirm you would like to terminate the test for the selected student.
4. If the student needs to start the test over after being terminated, the proctor can select the Start Over option instead of resuming the test after the student has logged in.

 
If you are a Data Administrator trying to terminate a suspended test in order to merge duplicate students, and the steps above do not work, please contact NWEA Product Support.
