Student Matrix Report
By default, the Student Matrix report will show you the most recent test event for the most recent term.
- To see results for a previous term: Click the drop-down menu under Term and select a previous term.
- To view previous data for the same term: Click on the arrow pointing down (found to the right of the student's data).
Individual Student Report
By default, the Individual Student Report will show you the most recent test event for the most recent term.
- To see results for a previous term: Click the drop-down menu under Term and select a previous term.
- To see a test other than the most recent for a selected term: Click the drop-down menu under Date and select a different date. The date and name of the test you are viewing can be found above the student’s name and grade level.
Note: Previous test results can only be viewed for students who are rostered for the current term, and will always appear under the student's current class and grade (not necessarily the class and grade at the time they tested). Students who took the test and are no longer at the school and are not rostered will not show until the current term is added to their profile. Reading Fluency does not require an overnight update to reflect historical reports once term is added and will show immediately.
Historic Reports
All MAP Reading Fluency Reports are only available historically for the current and previous 2 Acdemic Years.
