Information
A student’s test is missing from reports, but the test appears in Manage Students > View/Update Test Events as “Completed”.
The View/Update Test Events page lists invalid tests as Complete, including tests invalid due to a high level of rapid guessing. Currently, this page only shows statuses of Complete or Terminated and does not indicate whether a test’s score Is invalid.
The test may be invalid. To check for an invalid test:
  1. In Manage Students > View/Update Test Events, look for a checkmark in the column Included in Reports? If the checkmark is missing, this test has been manually excluded from reports by a Data Administrator at your organization. To re-include the test, select the test and click Include in Reports. Changes take overnight to take effect on reports.
  2. Look for the student in one of the following reports:
  3. If the student is listed in grey with an invalidation code, the student’s test is invalid and the student will need to retest. The invalidation code explains the reason the test is invalid.
If you are still unable to find the student’s test, please contact NWEA Partner Support.
