No. The standard error of measurement (SEM) for MAP Growth K-2 tests will not invalidate a student's score if it is high.
This is different from standard MAP Growth assessments. MAP Growth K-2 tests will only be invalidated if the total test time is too low. See Test Invalid - Minimum duration not met.A high SEM does not invalidate MAP Growth K-2 tests because we generally see a higher SEM is for students scoring at the extremes (either very high or very low). This is due to the tests having fewer items available to sufficiently assess those students.
