All saved test sessions missing

Information
When you go to view a saved testing session, no saved sessions appear.
There are several possible causes of this issue. If you have accidentally deleted a test session, see What happens if I delete a test session? Can it be recovered?
To resolve this issue:
  1. Check that you are using the correct search filters, including the Created By and Term Last Used/Modified fields. See How to find a saved test session for details.
  2. Try logging out, then logging back in to MAP.
  3. Clear your cache. See How to clear various web browsers' caches.
  4. Try another web browser.
