Students with completed tests are showing in the Test History Search

If test restrictions are not enabled, it is possible for a student to have both a completed and suspended test at the same time.  Since the Test History Search will display suspended tests regardless of whether a student has already completed the test, it can appear that a student still needs to complete the test.

To search only for students who have not yet completed the test:

1. Uncheck the box to include suspended tests and run the Test History Search again. 
2. If the student still appears in the search results, then the student may be duplicated.
   1. Try searching Manage Students for duplicate profiles.
   2. If the student is duplicated, see Merging a duplicate student.
   3. Confirm the version of the test that the student took. For example, Growth: Language 2-12 versus Growth: Language 2-12 (Screen Reader Compatible) will return different results.
