Which reports show tests taken outside the test window?

Growth (K+), Screening (2+), and End-of-Course tests

Tests taken within the term dates but outside the test window will appear low-lighted (greyed out) in the following reports:

• Student Progress Report (choose "All Valid" in the Report Options section)
  
• Class Profile (will show as "Unofficial RIT score")
  • Note: Percentiles for unofficial RIT scores appear in gray.

• Comprehensive Data File (will show as "FALSE" in the GrowthMeasureYN column)
  • Note: These tests will not appear on the Combined Data File if taken outside the test window.

Screening and Skills Checklist tests for grades K-2

These tests are designed to be taken any time during the school year. Test results will appear on the Screening and Skills Checklist Class Report and Screening and Skills Checklist Student Report as long as they were taken during the date range you specify when you generate the report.
