A record of each accommodation noted in test sessions is available through the Data Export Scheduler in both the Comprehensive Data File and Combined Data File formats. See How to Export Data in the MAP Growth Help Center, for more information.

Comprehensive Data File
Test accommodation details are included in a separate and optional Student test accommodations file, which contains the following fields only:
- TermName
- TestID*
- StudentID
- AccommodationCategory
- Accommodations
*TestID is a unique identifier for the test event. This ID also appears in the AssessmentResults.csv file so you can connect the two sets of data.
Combined Data File
The Combined Data file contains student info by school and assessment results combined in a single CSV file, which includes the following test accommodation fields:
- AccommodationCategory - Categories of the accommodation given to the student during testing.
