Yes, you can order most reports for previous terms. Not all reports are available for all users. See Reports available by role.
Test results cannot be transferred between separate organizations using MAP Growth unless your district is part of a state program, see MAP student data transfers: District to district FAQ. MAP Growth results are owned by the organization with which the student took the test. If a student transfers to your district or organization, their test results at that district or organization will not transfer to yours.
When a student transfers within a district to your class or school, you can view their test results as long as the student is rostered to your class (or school, if you are an administrator) in the MAP system for at least one term. You will have access to any results for that term, as well as any previous results, as long as reports are still available and the students was rostered for that term.
If you do not see the student in your class when ordering reports, contact your organization's Data Administrator, or see How to add or remove student classes.
Note: Changes made to a student's classroom assignments will take effect on MAP Growth reports overnight.

If you need the data that would have been contained in one of these reports for a term in which it is not available, the best resource is the Data Export Scheduler, where you can generate Comprehensive or Combined Data Files.
* The Student Progress report shows up to 15 test results per subject. However, it can only be ordered for a student who has been rostered in the current or previous academic year.

**The Family Report will display the current test window data, along with up to 4 additional historic data points from the most recent test events for 5 total data points.
***The School Profile report shows options for Term Rostered and Term Tested. The Term Rostered menu shows the current and previous academic year. Term Tested shows all fall, winter, and spring terms beginning with the 2020-2021 academic year.
