Reports available by role

The following reports are available by the role listed. For more information, see Reports Summary Descriptions in the MAP Help Center, and the MAP Growth Reports Portfolio on NWEA.org.

 
Administrator

The Administrator role has access to all MAP reports for the schools to which they are assigned:

• Individual student reports:
  • Family Report
  • Screening and Skills Checklist Student Report *
  • Student Profile: Next-Generation Report
  • Student Progress Report
• Class-based reports:
  • Achievement Status and Growth
  • Class Profile
  • Learning Continuum
  • Screening and Skills Checklist Class Report *
  • Screening and Skills Checklist Sub skill Report *
• School and district reports:
  • District Summary Report
  • Grade Report
  • Projected Proficiency Summary Report
  • School Profile
  • Student Growth Summary Report

 
*Screening and Skills Checklist reports are only available if students took K-2 Screening or Skills Checklist tests. They are not available for 2-5, 6+, 2-12, or high school math screening tests. For these screening tests, use the regular MAP Growth reports such as the Class report or Student Profile report.​

 
Instructor

The Instructor role has access to the following reports for students in their classes:

District Assessment Coordinator

The District Assessment Coordinator role has access to all MAP reports, the Data Export Scheduler, and most** operational reports for all schools in the district:

  • Student Progress Report

  • Projected Proficiency Summary Report
  • School Profile
  • Student Growth Summary Report
• Operational reports **:
  • Instructors Without Class Assignments
  • Potential Duplicate Profiles Report
  • Profiles With Shared IDs Report
  • Students Without Reporting Attributes

School Assessment Coordinator

The School Assessment Coordinator has access to all MAP reports, as well as some operational reports and the Data Export Scheduler, for the schools to which they are assigned:​

Data Administrator

The Data Administrator role has access to all operational reports for all schools in the district:

• Instructors Without Class Assignments
• Potential Duplicate Profiles Report
• Profiles With Shared IDs Report
• Students by District
• Students Without Reporting Attributes
• Students Without Valid Test Results
• Test Events by Status Report
• User Roles Report

**Note: After creating a new user or adding any of the roles above, the user profile will require an overnight update before reports are available.

Role not listed:

The following roles do not currently provide access to any MAP Growth reports:

• School Proctor
• District Proctor
• System Administrator
