When and how often can I order the comprehensive data file?

You can order the Combined or Comprehensive Data File (CDF) at any time. You do not need to close the test window to order the CDF. When only one Comprehensive Data File (CDF) is available from Data Export Scheduler:

• You have ordered CDFs for multiple terms, but only the most recent order is available to download.
• When a new CDF is generated, it will overwrite the previous file. Only one copy of the CDF is available at a time. If you need multiple orders, we suggest using two different District Assessment Coordinator accounts.

Users with the District Assessment Coordinator role or the School Assessment Coordinator role can access the Data Export Scheduler in the MAP Administration and Reporting Center (MARC) > View Reports > MAP Reports > Data Export Scheduler.
